Dessy Mayarani, CHRM, serves as the Corporate General Manager of Human Resources at Plaza Indonesia since October 2024, leading the HR strategy and operations to align with corporate goals. With extensive experience in HR roles, Dessy held positions at Viu from January 2018 to December 2024, including Senior Manager of People & Business for Indonesia & Malaysia and Senior Manager Country Human Resources for Indonesia, driving people strategies and talent management initiatives. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Domino's Pizza, HR Operation Expert at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks, Project Admin at Siemens, and Caroline Officer at Telkomsel. Dessy holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Universitas Padjadjaran and a certification as a Human Resource Manager from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management.
