Andreas Hoehne is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as Global Director Culinary at Plaza Premium Group since August 2022, Hoehne previously held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at IHG Holiday Inn Golden Mile from June 2012 to February 2021. Additionally, Hoehne has a rich background in executive chef roles at IHG Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong, Crowne Plaza Kaohsiung E-Da World, and IHG Interconti Bucharest, as well as at various properties within Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts. Hoehne's culinary education began at Börde Berufskolleg Soest High School in Germany, where a degree in food and beverage was earned between 1984 and 1987.
