Shipra Pradhan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Regional Associate Director of Operations for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East at Plaza Premium Group since July 2022, overseeing operations for 13 locations and managing a PnL of 6 million USD. Previous roles include General Manager at Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group, where Shipra led the pre-opening of a luxury dining brand, and Director of Restaurants at JW Marriott, managing a 17 million USD food and beverage operation. Shipra's career spans various positions across notable establishments such as Tamba, Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, revenue generation, and staff development. Shipra holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, PUSA, New Delhi.
