Celia Flye

Celia Flye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and nonprofit management. Currently serving as Sr. Development Manager at Progressive Life Center since June 2019, Celia previously held key leadership positions, including Executive Director at Friends of the Fairfax County Animal Shelter and Assistant Director of Development at Community Residences. Notable expertise includes fundraising, event planning, grant writing, and donor cultivation across various organizations such as Bowen McCauley Dance and The Kennedy Center. Celia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Barry University and further education from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
