Charles J. Evans has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Charles J. worked at PLC - Progressive Life Center as the Chief Operating Officer and later as the Washington DC Regional Director, where they oversaw multiple offices and focused on helping individuals and families. Prior to PLC, they served as the President/Consultant at BlackStar, LLC, an organizational development firm, where they provided tailored services to nonprofits, businesses, and individuals. Charles also worked as a Senior Program Officer at DC Children and Youth Investment Trust Corporation and as a Fellow at ABFE.
