Riccardo Picozzi

Riccardo Picozzi is a Propulsion Analysis Engineer at PLD Space since February 2024, with prior experience as a Propulsion Engineer at Sidereus Space Dynamics from August 2022 to February 2024. During this tenure, Riccardo designed and built a Water Test Stand for testing EOS' 25 kN kerosene-liquid oxygen engine components, alongside significant contributions to the design and testing of feedlines subsystems and various mechanical components. Previous roles include Launch Vehicle Design Engineer and Assistant Engineer, with responsibilities encompassing structural design, procurement, and leadership in high-pressure environments. Additionally, Riccardo served as Secretary and Treasurer at Extra Limbiate Multisportiva and held multiple executive positions in PoliSpace, including SpaceTech Team Leader. Academic qualifications include a Laurea Magistrale LM in Space Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
