Rita McLain

Rita McLain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rita started their career in 2006 at Waikoloa Development Company, where they worked as the Kings' Club Membership Manager and later as the Golf Sales Manager. In these roles, they effectively presented and sold membership programs, maintained databases, and secured group events and golf tournaments.

In 2011, they moved to Martin & MacArthur as a Sales Manager, where they sold exquisite koa furniture and managed client databases. Rita also trained and motivated staff to meet sales goals.

In 2012, Rita joined Pleasant Holidays as the Concierge Manager for the Island of Hawaii, where they managed the day-to-day operations of concierge desks at various hotels and resorts. Rita supervised staff, monitored sales, and provided motivational assistance. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Sales and Concierge Service at Pleasant Holidays.
