Jarod Zelaska

Jarod Zelaska currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources and Compliance at Rivers Health, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Jarod held various roles at Pleasant Valley Hospital, including Human Resources Director and Executive Director of Human Resources from March 2022. From July 2019 to March 2022, Jarod was the WV Floating Workforce Manager at Genesis. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Mountain State Oral Surgeons and HR Director at New River Health. Earlier in the career, Jarod worked as an HR Generalist at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center and as an Assistant Coach at El Paso Community College. Jarod holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Ashford University and has attended Marshall University.
