Kevin Paluszak

Kevin Paluszak, MA, serves as the Executive Director of Pleasant View, Inc. since 2021 and as CEO of ECCO Consulting Services since 2015, specializing in professional and program development, organizational change, leadership enhancement, and compliance. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Human Rights Advocate at the Office of Human Rights, where oversight of regulatory compliance for 200 programs in Virginia was conducted, and as Counselor at Family Solutions, focusing on client service plans. Kevin has an extensive background in training and program management with positions at Childhelp, Northern Virginia Training Center, and Stafford County Public Schools, alongside a degree in Individualized Studies: Recreation from Virginia State University and a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling: Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
