Natalie Prothero

Natalie Prothero (Laine) is an experienced educator with a strong background in elementary education. Currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Pleasanton Unified School District since August 2019, Natalie has also held positions such as a 5th Grade Teacher at Etiwanda School District and a Reading Intervention Long-Term Substitute Teacher at Pleasanton Unified School District. Additional experience includes teaching 3rd and 5th grades at Fremont Unified School District, and student teaching in 3rd grade at Walnut Grove Elementary and Vintage Hills Elementary. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service and after-school care, contributing to the development of lesson plans and individualized support for children. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Education with a focus on Reading Instruction and a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University - East Bay.
