Pleasants Construction

Site development company in the Metro Washington-Baltimore region. Abilities including development, reclaiming, recycling, housing, and various other construction related areas. We can self perform most of the work, however we are always looking for MBE utilization in our bids when pricing Maryland State Highway, VDOT, and other public work. Our underground rehab division uses fiberglass UV Liners from Reline America to repair sewer and storm-drain pipes in sizes 6" to 60", and OBIC to structurally rehab manholes and structures.
