Sean Evans

Sean Evans is a skilled Museum Learning Coordinator of the Creative Art Studio at Please Touch Museum since April 2021. Previously, Sean served as an Education Intern at Brandywine River Museum, contributing to virtual audience engagement activities, and at The Academy of Natural Sciences, where curriculum development was focused on exploratory learning. With experience as a School Age Division Art Teacher at Upstate Cerebral Palsy, Sean developed lesson plans for diverse learners and researched pedagogical approaches for students with different abilities. Additionally, Sean has taught pottery and visual arts to various age groups in community settings and has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Arts in Museum Education from the University of the Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Visual Arts Education from SUNY New Paltz.
