Eric Lefranc

Eric Lefranc has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 1998. Eric began their career as a Software Administrator at Nortel, then became a Software Support Engineer, Support Team Lead, and Software Project Manager. In 2006, they were selected to participate in Nortel's Leadership Edge Program. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Consulting at PROTECTIC, a Deployment Engineer at Sagemcom, and an Infrastructure Engineer, Scrum Master, and Software Configuration Management Engineer at Cisco Video Technologies France. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Scrum Master at Talend and is currently the Head of Technical Integration Team at Pledg.

Eric Lefranc obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique between 1993 and 1998.
