Prior to joining Pledge, they were a Brand Manager at De Rigo REM and also managed the Converse and Tumi Eyewear brands. Meghan has also worked as a Showroom Manager at Place Showroom and as a Corporate Brand Marketing Manager at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP.

Meghan Gibson graduated from Florida State University with a bachelors degree in merchandising, business, and communication.
