Ben Arber has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ben currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Complidata since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Product Officer at the same company from July 2022 to May 2023. Ben is also a Co-Founder at Tellus ESG Counsel since April 2022 and has held the position of Co-Founder and Board Member at PledgX since April 2021.

Before their current roles, Ben worked at MonetaGo as the Global Head of Commercialisation and Managing Director for the US and Canada from June 2022 to May 2023. Ben also served as an Advisor at Index Biosystems from October 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, Ben was the Chief Growth Officer at Elucidate, a Europe-based FinTech company, from June 2021 to March 2022.

Prior to their roles in the tech and finance sectors, Ben had a long career at HSBC. Ben held various positions including Head of Financial Crime Compliance for Commercial Banking USA from November 2017 to March 2021, Regional Head of Global Trade and Receivables Finance Services for North America from February 2015 to November 2017, and Head of Global Trade and Receivables Finance for Canada from September 2011 to February 2015. Ben also served as the Global Head of Transformation for Global Trade and Receivables Finance in Hong Kong from March 2009 to August 2011, Head of Global Payments and Cash Management Korea from September 2005 to March 2008, Sales Manager for Global Payments and Cash Management Asia Pacific from June 2003 to August 2005, and Global Head of New Technologies for Global e-Business from August 2000 to June 2003.

Furthermore, Ben held the role of Credit Executive Taiwan from January 1999 to August 2000, where they were responsible for the Commercial Banking and Transaction Banking businesses. Ben also served as the Head of Global Trade and Receivables Finance and Commercial Banking in Ras Al Khaimah from August 1997 to January 1999.

Ben Arber completed their A Levels in Languages and Arts at St Edwards School, Oxford from 1986 to 1991. Ben then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History at The University of Edinburgh from 1992 to 1996.
