Andy Dekker is an experienced Werkvoorbereider with a career spanning over 15 years in various construction and civil engineering companies. Currently serving at Plegt-Vos since December 2019, Andy has previously held similar roles at Aannemersbedrijf Ketler Veendam, BAM Utiliteitsbouw, and Strukton in different projects, including earthquake damage restoration and notable developments such as the Groninger Forum and the Ziggo Dome.
