Marcel Kolkman

Marcel Kolkman is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and environmental projects. Since September 2015, Marcel has been leading projects at Plegt-Vos Bouwgroep as Projectmanager for Infra & Milieu, specializing in Civiele werken under UAV-GC contracts. Prior to this role, Marcel spent nearly two decades at Tauw bv, where responsibilities included managing a team of approximately 15 employees in Ruimtelijke Inrichting Oost, overseeing complex civil engineering and soil remediation projects across northern and eastern Netherlands, and leading the design and specifications office while implementing LEAN principles. Marcel holds a degree from IAHL Larenstein, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
