Rachel van Raan Boensma

Rachel van Raan Boensma has extensive experience in human resource management and organizational advising. Currently serving as the Head of HRM at Plegt-Vos Bouwgroep since September 2005, Rachel previously contributed as a board member at Career Center Twente from June 2009 to February 2014 and worked as an organizational advisor at Balance & Result Organisatie Adviseurs B.V. from September 1999 to September 2005, focusing on ERP selections and implementations. Rachel holds a degree in Technische bedrijfskunde with a specialization in Civiele Techniek from the University of Twente, alongside additional educational credentials from Nyenrode Business University, De Baak, TSM Business School, and Twickel College.
