Julie Sandmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Pleio Inc. since February 2023, Julie is responsible for developing and updating the Quality Management System and conducting audits to ensure compliance with training requirements. Prior to this role, Julie held various leadership positions at Persante Health Care, where responsibilities included enhancing team performance as Senior Director of Revenue Cycle and managing clinical staffing as Director of Clinical Staffing. Julie's career also includes significant experience at PHH Mortgage, where as Quality Control Manager, enterprise risks were identified and addressed. Julie began their career at Commerce Bank, advancing from Head Teller to various roles in mortgage processing and quality control. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers University - Camden.
