Astrid Cox

Astrid Cox has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Project Coordinator at Plejd since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Mentor for students with disabilities at Linnéuniversitetet from September 2020 to August 2022, providing support in time management, organization, and study skills. Astrid also held the role of Senior Engineering Consultant at Alten USA from January 2020 to August 2020, where they served as a Test Engineer specializing in durability and reliability at Volvo trucks. Additionally, Astrid worked as an Engineering Consultant at ALTEN Sweden from May 2018 to December 2019, primarily focusing on destructive testing at Scania's Strength and Durability Laboratory, with an emphasis on fatigue in lab and proving ground environments. Astrid'sresponsibilities included test method development, test rig design, measurement, control system calibration, and writing technical reports.

Astrid Cox began their education in 2010 at Balmoral Hall School, where they earned their High School Diploma in 2012. Astrid then attended the University of Skövde from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Design Engineering. In 2016, Astrid participated in the Erasmus program at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Innovation through Business, Engineering, and Design with a specialization in Engineering at Linnaeus University.
