Kirill Kalganov has a diverse work experience spanning more than two decades. Kirill began their career in 1999 as a Senior SW Engineer at EPA, where they developed DASD modules for an IBM360 software emulator. Kirill then worked at Mariinsky Theatre as an IT engineer before joining the International Bar Association "Saint-Petersburg" as the Bar Association President Technical Assistant. In 2002, Kirill became the Head of SW Department at Mettek JSC, where they managed projects, tasks, risks, resources, and people. Kirill joined Astra Software in 2004 as an SW Engineer, contributing to loan originating system development and call-center software development.

Kirill then transitioned to ARRIS in 2013, where they worked in various roles such as Senior Firmware Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Product Owner. Kirill'sresponsibilities at ARRIS involved managing hardware acceptance, validation, and factory line testing activities, as well as managing remote secure provisioning systems for STB HW prototype and factory line provisioning. Additionally, they managed a distributed international software development team.

Most recently, in 2020, Kirill joined Plejd as a Systems Developer, where they continue to utilize their expertise in software development and system management.
