Eliane Castilho

Eliane Castilho has over a decade of experience in the health sector, currently serving as an Assistente Social and Supervisora in the Área Social at Plena Saúde since April 2013. Responsibilities include supervising the Department of Health Promotion, focusing on health programs aimed at prevention and improving beneficiaries' quality of life. Eliane monitors oncology patients, conducts hospital visits, assists in audit processes, addresses inquiries related to oncology, and provides guidance for surgical procedures. Previous leadership experience was gained as a Líder at Hospital Previna from January 2006 to April 2013. Eliane holds a postgraduate degree in Social Behavior and Health from Universidade Candido Mendes (2017-2019) and a bachelor's degree from Anhanguera Educacional (2012-2015).
