Chief Portfolio Officer at Plenary Group

As Chief Portfolio Officer, Glenn carries strategic responsibility for the performance of Plenary projects that are in the development and operational phases.

In this capacity Glenn represents Plenary on its project Boards, provides strategic support and advice to Plenary’s senior management teams and is responsible for key stakeholder relationships. Glenn chairs many of Plenary’s project boards including the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, the Melbourne Convention Centre Development, Casey Hospital, Bioscience Research Facility, Queensland Schools Project, Defence Single LEAP, SA Police & Courts, Barwon Biosolids Treatment facility and the Western Roads Upgrade.

Over the past 25 years Glenn has successfully delivered and transitioned more than 20 PPP projects across all sectors with two currently in the delivery phase being the High-Capacity Metro Trains and New Footscray Hospital projects in Victoria. Glenn has overall management responsibility for the delivery of these Projects.

Glenn brings a wealth of experience from a diverse portfolio of PPP projects as well as a proven track record for staying with projects from inception and into the construction and ongoing operations phase. This ongoing role means that Glenn remains the custodian of the asset for Plenary long after construction is complete and is the senior point of executive interface with consortium partners, State counterparties and project investors. Glenn also provides strategic support to Plenary’s CEO and senior executives.

Glenn’s experience in the delivery of PPP projects began in the mid-1990s. Prior to joining Plenary, Glenn had diverse experience in the public sector. He was also part of the ABN AMRO team responsible for the successful delivery of the Victorian County Court, Southern Cross Station and Casey Hospital PPPs.

In addition to his work responsibilities Glenn has a passion for supporting healthcare in Melbourne’s west and is a Director of the Western Health Foundation.
