James Park

James Park is a Project Manager at Plenary Group since March 2023, where responsibilities include operational management oversight of the Transport Portfolio, performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and quality control. Previously, from January 2021 to March 2023, James served as a Network Performance Engineer at Ventia, focusing on the Western Roads Upgrade PPP contract, ensuring KPIs were met, and supporting operational teams. Prior roles at Ventia included Traffic Coordinator and Lifecycle Works Construction Assistant, emphasizing traffic management and maintenance activities. James also worked at Broadspectrum as a Construction Assistant and Intern in the pavements team for the Initial Rehabilitation Works phase of the Western Roads Upgrade. James holds a Diploma of Civil Construction from Southern Cross University, a Diploma in Science and Technology from Deakin University, and a Certificate in Engineering Studies from The Gordon.
