Kate Stone

Kate Stone is a seasoned professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Plenary Group since June 2022 and as a Co-Founder of The Workability Index, which is the first independent and standardized index for organizational culture, since November 2019. Prior experience includes leading People & Culture initiatives at VMIA from October 2020 to June 2022, and AUB Group Limited from June 2015 to November 2019. Additionally, Kate held various roles at IAG, including Senior Manager and People & Culture Strategy Manager, as well as serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Rio Tinto from 2007 to 2009. Kate holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Australian Institute of Business.
