Ethan Bloom

Ethan Bloom, ACE, currently serves as the 340b Lead in Technical Customer Success at Plenful since October 2025. Prior to this role, Ethan held the position of 340B Analyst at MultiCare Health System from November 2023 to October 2025. Ethan's experience in software engineering includes a tenure at Crelate from February 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed developing and maintaining critical application features and optimizing customer learning systems. Earlier roles included Sr. Account Manager and Account Manager at Verity Solutions, where Ethan led training sessions and provided technical support, as well as Customer Support Specialist at Vertafore, where Ethan maintained high customer satisfaction. Earlier work experience includes positions at REI as a Sales Lead and Sales Specialist, board membership at the African American Outdoor Association, and roles as a Photographer at EBloom Studios and On-Call Counselor at New Avenues for Youth. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology with a focus on Outdoor Leadership from the University of Oregon.
