Sophie Herrmann is a seasoned professional in brand and innovation management, currently serving as the Brand & Innovation Manager at Plenish since May 2025. Prior to this role, Sophie contributed to Unilever from May 2022 to April 2025, focusing on brand purpose strategy and product innovation, including developing social impact strategies and leading end-to-end product renovation projects. At Henkel, from September 2020 to April 2022, Sophie worked as an Assistant Brand & Sustainability Manager, developing brand strategies and localising global sustainability goals, following participation in Henkel’s accelerated graduate programme in brand and product innovation. Sophie Herrmann holds a BSc (Hons) in International Management and Modern Languages (German) and an MSc in Sustainability and Management, both from the University of Bath.
