Ana Gaby Báez

Ana Gaby Báez is a seasoned product manager and social lead with extensive experience in the technology and marketing sectors. Currently, Ana serves as a Sr. Product Manager at Plenna and as the Social Lead for Mujeres en Tech, focusing on bridging the gender gap in the technology industry. Previously, Ana held various product management roles at Clip, overseeing the development and launch of significant payment products, and at alana, focusing on operational solutions for blue-collar workers in LATAM. Additional experience includes positions in growth at Finerio Connect, marketing at Jugos Del Valle-Santa Clara, and an internship at Nestlé. Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communication from Tecnológico de Monterrey and participated in an International Excellence Program at the University of California, Berkeley.
