Jondel Maranan

Jondel Maranan's work experience begins in 2012 with Seattle's Best Coffee, where they worked as a Barista and later became a Shift Manager. In 2015, they joined Palazzo Versace Dubai as a Food and Beverage Attendant and later as a Bartender. Jondel then worked at AXA Philippines as a Financial Specialist in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Jondel served as a Bartender at Rockpool Dining Group and as a Restaurant Supervisor at Mansfield Park Hotel. In 2019, they became the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Chef at Pacific Concepts. In 2021, they joined Plenti as a Customer Support Specialist before progressing to an SME - Customer Support role in 2022. Jondel subsequently became a Direct Sales Representative in 2022 and a Senior Direct Sales Representative from 2023.

Jondel Maranan completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Santo Tomas from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications on topics such as sales handling objections, efficient time management, learning Zoho CRM, well-being in the workplace, complex negotiation tips, sales negotiation, creating positive conversations with challenging customers, having difficult conversations, influencing others, and enhancing resilience. These certifications were acquired from LinkedIn in the months of August to December 2022.
