Paul Aylward

Paul Aylward has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Paul started their career in 1986 as an Analyst Programmer at CoCam Computer Services, where they developed human resource and financial systems. Paul then became a Consultant at DST Global Solutions, where they developed investment management systems for clients such as Citibank and Merrill Lynch. In 1997, they co-founded acme.co.uk, a web technology company, and worked as a Co-Founder and Developer. During this time, they designed and developed a J2EE content management application for Oscel Technologies.

From 2002 to 2008, Paul worked as a Software Architect at Dataract, a Microsoft Gold Partner. Paul specialized in Business Process and Human Workflow solution development and implementation, primarily using MS SharePoint technologies. Paul also worked as a SharePoint Consultant at Unique World, providing consultancy for the design and planning of a geographically distributed MOSS 2007 deployment.

In 2008, Paul joined EXM Marketing, a startup technology company, as a Solution Architect. Paul designed and developed an online Investor/Investee matching application. Paul also worked on other projects, including Plenti as a Principal Engineer, where they were involved in building a new world of lending powered by advanced technology.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, development, and consultancy. Paul has worked on a wide range of projects and has experience in various industries, including finance, technology, and web development.

Paul Aylward completed their BSC degree in Physics from the University of Warwick between 1983 and 1986. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certifications of MS Certified SharePoint Developer from Microsoft in 2008 and Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems in 2001.
