Head of Legal Finance at Plenti

Rose Dravitzki has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rose currently holds the position of Head of Legal Finance at Plenti since October 2021. In this role, they manage a range of growth and efficiency projects, identifies growth opportunities, engages stakeholders, and enhances the division's industry reputation. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Growth | Legal Finance at Plenti from March 2021 to October 2021. Rose'sresponsibilities included developing strategic partnerships and executing growth strategies for the legal finance function at Plenti.

Before joining Plenti, Rose held the position of Head of Chambers and Marketing at Clarence - Workplaces for Professionals from May 2018 to March 2021. Rose also worked as a Principal Lawyer at Wheelhouse Consulting from November 2013 to May 2018. In addition, they gained experience as a Lawyer at Page Partners Sydney from May 2014 to February 2015, and as a Solicitor at Johnson Lawyers from November 2012 to November 2013. Rose began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Civil and Commercial Barristers and Solicitors from 2009 to 2011.

Rose's career in the legal field was preceded by their role as an Office Manager/Legal Secretary at Hamilton Gordon Accountants from 2007 to 2011.

Rose Dravitzki pursued their undergraduate education from 2008 to 2012 at the University of Adelaide, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. In 2015, they earned a Practice Management Certification (Sole Practitioner) from The Law Society of NSW. Rose then furthered their education at the University of Sydney, where they completed a Graduate Diploma of Commerce specializing in Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, in 2018, they undertook professional development in Advanced Negotiation Skills and Strategies at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
