Nathalie Isken has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Nathalie started their career in 2009 as an apprentice at the Grand Hotel Esplanade in Berlin, where they gained expertise in the hotel industry. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at the Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade as a Chef de Rang, overseeing all restaurant operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. During this time, they also completed an internship in hotel and tourism management.

In 2017, Nathalie ventured into entrepreneurship and founded their own restaurant, Cachondeo UG, in Berlin, where they served as the Founder and Restaurant Manager. Nathalie successfully managed the business until 2019.
