Kailas Nair

Kailas Nair is the Cofounder and Chief Growth Officer at Plentify, a company that creates smart home products to reduce energy and insurance costs. Previously, Kailas held various leadership roles at Vitality Group Inc., including Vice President for North America and Global Strategy. Prior to that, Kailas worked as the Chief of Staff for the Group CEO at Discovery Limited and as the Executive Head of Strategy at the South African Revenue Service. Kailas also has consulting experience from their time at McKinsey & Company. Kailas holds a Postgraduate Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
