Michael du Preez

Michael du Preez is an experienced Embedded System Engineer currently working at Plentify since September 2020, where responsibilities include hardware design, prototyping, and operational aspects of the company. Michael has also served as an Operations Engineer and Hardware Technician at Plentify, demonstrating a commitment to problem-solving and continuous learning. Prior experience includes teaching robotics to middle school students and tutoring various subjects, including Mathematics and Physical Sciences, through private tutoring and with BrightSparkz Tutors. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Honours in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Cape Town and possesses additional training in engineering.
