Earl was an aerospace engineer by training before going to b-school. He then worked in BD at tech companies such as Cisco, VMWare, and EMC. Earl founded a startup incubator while he was VP of the largest telecom in the Philippines, held executive roles at Bridgewater and Charles Schwab, and was a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. As the Chief Business Officer, he is responsible for business development, marketing and operations.

Plentina builds an alternative credit score and app that provides store credit financing to buy essentials like food and medicine. Plentina is currently in the Techstars Western Union accelerator focused on financial access.
