Elesif McDonald is a seasoned sales professional with a robust background in sales management and customer empowerment. Currently serving as the Senior Sales Manager at Plenty, Inc. since June 2017, Elesif leads the Sales Operations team, focusing on efficiency, strategy, and growth to ensure team success and future sustainability in agriculture. Previously, as Sales Manager and later VP of Sales and Customer Empowerment at Bright Agrotech from May 2014 to July 2017, Elesif managed sales and nurtured customer relationships while immersing in the agricultural sector.
