Craig Jackson

Craig Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and relationship management across various sectors, including fintech and SaaS. At Pleo, Craig currently serves as Director of Customer Success for the Mid Market segment, previously holding regional management roles focusing on customer success in Europe and the UK. Previous positions include Head of Customer Success at Accountancy Cloud, where the focus was on enhancing SaaS accounting services. Craig has also worked as an Outreach Consultant at With Intelligence, Head of Client Relations at Sonovate, and has held leadership roles in both the family coffee business, Traders Coffee BAY, and Ospreys Rugby Ltd. Additionally, Craig has a strong foundation in sales and recruitment, having started at IntaPeople as Divisional Lead and served as Sales Manager at Arcedia Direct. Craig holds a BSc in Computer Networks and Information Technology from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and has completed management leadership training at Gower College Swansea.
