Ermis Zacharopoulos

Ermis Zacharopoulos is an experienced leader in workplace culture and people development, currently serving as the Head of Workplace & Experience at Pleo since May 2019. In this role, Ermis leads initiatives focused on employee lifecycle, workplace experience, onboarding programs, internal communications, and community engagement. Ermis's background includes positions such as People Partner Lead and People & Culture Specialist at Pleo, contributing to the company's scaling efforts during significant growth. Prior to Pleo, Ermis worked as a Web Developer & Business Consultant at Espray and as Digital Marketing & Business Consultant at FuturePharmacy, where contributions included developing digital strategies and enhancing brand visibility. Ermis also has experience in IT support and web design across various organizations, including the Greek Army and Harris Security Systems, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Athens University of Economics and Business.
