Hans Sandberg

Hans Sandberg is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design systems, currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Pleo since June 2022. Prior to this role, Hans held positions including Senior DesignOps Designer at Pleo and Senior UX Designer at Siteimprove, where contributions included founding and building a design system. Hans's background encompasses diverse roles in UX design and research across companies such as DSW Zorgverzekeraar, Netmarketing UX Research, Perceptive Software, and Valsplat, with a focus on creating user-centered wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and conducting usability tests for various industries. Academically, Hans holds a Professional Doctorate in Engineering in User-System Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology and multiple degrees in psychology and cognitive psychology from Leiden University.
