Jody Deans

Jody Deans currently serves as the Head of Strategy and M&A and Chief of Staff at Pleo since September 2022, responsible for leading the Chief of Staff Office, overseeing company strategy, investor relations, executive operations, and strategic PMO initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Strategy Manager at Vodafone, where contributions supported the Tech2025 Strategy across 21 markets and managed a €40 billion transformation program, and as Strategy & Operations Manager for Vodafone Global Enterprise, overseeing a €1.2 billion business. Jody's background also encompasses a Product & Partnerships Lead position at Jambo, a travel-tech start-up, and a Research and Policy Analyst role at the UK House of Lords. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UCL and completed a university exchange program focused on Mandarin and Chinese history at Nanjing University.
