Kattyane Costa

Kattyane Costa is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with a strong background in customer relationship management and strategic engagement. Currently at ZenHub since January 2022, Kattyane focuses on building relationships with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP). Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Success Manager at Pipedrive, where responsibilities encompassed managing a portfolio of 200 high-value customers and driving product adoption through training and consultations. Kattyane also held roles as a Customer Success Specialist and a Customer Solution Expert at Pipedrive, along with experience at CEU Educational Group as an International Relations Officer and at KOTRA as a Buyer Research Assistant. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Journalism from Universidade da Beira Interior and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Candido Mendes.
