Svenja Erbrech

Svenja Erbrech currently serves as the Commercial Lead DACH at Pleo since May 2022, overseeing Net Addition Revenue in the DACH market and leading a team of seven Account Executives. Previously, Svenja held the position of Growth Lead DACH, where responsibilities included developing Growth Annual Recurring Revenue and establishing the DACH Sales Growth department. Svenja’s professional journey includes significant roles at PayFit France, where as Team Lead and Co-Interim Head of Sales for Germany, a team expansion from four to twelve was achieved, and contributions to product market fit and strategic sales planning. Additional experience encompasses partnerships and account management at PAIR Finance, team leadership and operational oversight at HRS Group, and various sales positions, with an early career featuring roles in B2C sales and account management in South America. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in International and Intercultural Communication from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
