Tabitha Hockenhull

Tabitha Hockenhull currently serves as the Global Reward Manager at Pleo since May 2022, being the first Reward specialist to support over 800 employees globally by establishing reward foundations and processes that enhance business results. Previously, Tabitha worked as a Global Reward Partner at OLIVER Agency, where responsibilities included salary review processes, compensation budgeting, benefit platform relaunch, and pension modeling. Prior experience also includes roles as a Reward Analyst at Aon, where focus was on Human Capital Solutions, and as a Reward, Payroll and Pensions Specialist at ASOS.com, along with serving as a Payroll Specialist at Co-op. Tabitha holds a degree in International Relations, Political Science, and Government from the University of Leeds, completed in 2017.
