Hans Hedegaard

Hans Hedegaard is the leader of our Corporate Finance team and deals mainly with mergers, corporate transactions and business start-ups.

Hans is a legal advisor to both mutual funds and companies and has participated in more than 100 transactions since 1998. He has advised on M&A transactions for eg. ALD Automotive, AP Pension, CVC Capital Partners, Carlsberg Foundation, EQT, Ford Motor Co., HG Capital, Montagu, Nordic Capital, Siemens, Theolia, Unifeeder and Valedo.

In connection with bankruptcies and restructuring of companies, Hans works closely with our insolvency and reconstruction team. Hans has extensive experience in buying and selling activities in insolvent companies. been involved in the sale of the bankruptcy estate following OW Bunker's viable activities.

In addition, Hans assists a number of Danish and international clients with general corporate law advice, with a special focus on company law and contract law.
