Henrik Rossing Lønberg

Henrik Rossing Lønberg is a partner in our corporate finance team and has extensive experience in corporate transfers, stock exchange and capital market law, financial companies and corporate governance.

Henrik has specialized in corporate finance since 2001 and has since then advised in 150+ corporate transfers. The advice has been provided to Danish and foreign listed and privately owned companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital companies, public institutions, institutional investors and wealthy individuals.

For the past fifteen years, Henrik has been one of the most active (top 3) legal advisers in Denmark in the field of corporate transfers (source: mergermarket.com, measured by number of transactions) and is also one of the most active lawyers in the Nordic region.

Through an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2001), ordering in New York and subsequent employment in the M&A department at White & Case (New York) for more than 4 years (2001-2005), Henrik has an in-depth knowledge of, and significant experience in, multinational transactions. Henrik has maintained this experience and network since returning to Denmark. A large part of Henry's client portfolio is international.

Henrik chairs the Plesner Committee on International Affairs.

Since 2009, Henrik has been a member of the management of the Harvard Law School Association of Europe (HLSAE). In the period 2013 - 2016, Henrik was elected President of the HLSAE. The HLSAE has more than 2,000 members and is the largest Harvard Law School alumni association outside the United States
