Lise Høy Falsner

Lise Høy Falsner is a partner and Co-Head of our employment and labor law team.

Lise advises public, semi-public and private companies on employment and labor law. Through many years of work with the Attorney General, special expertise with the advice of the state, regions, municipalities and self-governing institutions, including the universities. Lise also advises on public law, with which she has considerable experience.

Lise's extensive experience in litigation and arbitration makes Lise a sought-after lawyer to pursue employment and labor law cases in the district courts, the Supreme Court, the Labor Court, the Civil Service Tribunal and professional arbitration.

In addition, Lise advises on civil servants and employee-like employees, conducts legal investigations on employee relations and acts as arbitrator in employment and labor law.

Lise has extensive teaching experience and is a popular speaker for courses and conferences on employment law - especially on employees who are subject to publicly regulated terms of employment.
