Mads Berg

Mads is a partner, lawyer and MSc in the Commercial Real Estate team.

Mads has extensive experience with M&A transactions within real estate (both purchase and sale mandates), real estate development projects, real estate leasing, legal due diligence and structuring of real estate funds and private equity funds.

Throughout his career, Mads has provided advice in connection with major portfolio transactions and large single transactions. Mads advises a wide range of clients, including Danish and international real estate funds and private equity funds, pension companies and developers.

In addition, Mads deals with corporate law matters, including in particular limited liability companies, and he has also published a number of articles on the subject.

Mads has previously been posted to the Nordic private equity fund NREP A / S (December 2013 - March 2014), where he worked in NREP A / S's transaction team. Mads has also been posted to the pan-European private equity fund and asset manager M7 Real Estate in London (September 2014 - August 2015), where he was part of M7's Investment Management team and participated in a number of real estate transactions, acquisition and delisting of a listed real estate fund, the establishment of several new fund structures and acquisition and refinancing.
