Micha Fritzen

Micha Fritzen is a partner in our Corporate Finance team, and she has extensive experience in capital market law and transactions as well as in major Danish and international corporate transfers. Finally, Micha has extensive experience in corporate law.

Mica's experience in capital market law and transactions includes takeover bids for listed companies, IPOs, etc., but also transactions relating to the provision of financing through bond issuance and securitization. In addition, Micha also advises listed companies and their boards on ongoing matters for listed companies.

In business transactions, Micha advises Danish and international clients on Danish, international and cross-border transactions, including transactions in regulated industries such as financial companies and energy companies as well as transactions within the shipping industry.

Micha has extensive experience advising in highly complex transactions with extensive contract complexes and consideration of regulatory matters.

Finally, Micha advises companies and investors on all aspects of corporate law.
