Rasmus Heinemann

Rasmus Heinemann is an attorney-at-law and director at Plesner, specializing in corporate law and M&A. They have previously served as an assistant attorney at Horten and have extensive experience at PwC, where they held various roles in corporate tax legal consulting. Rasmus holds a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Queensland and both a Master of Laws (LLM) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Copenhagen. Rasmus is also a former board member of Hareskov/Værløse Tennisklub, where they contributed to management efforts.
