Rasmus Lei Korsgaard is an intellectual property attorney with a diverse practice focusing on litigation, transactions, and strategic advisory services for clients in Denmark and internationally. Currently working at Plesner since 2015, Rasmus has also held positions as an external lecturer at both the University of Copenhagen and the Danish School of Media and Journalism, where they teach intellectual property and media law. Rasmus has contributed to the academic field as a co-author of several articles in prominent IP law journals and has previously worked in various legal roles, including as an attorney specializing in IP law at BUGGE VALENTIN and Horten Advokatpartnerselskab. Rasmus earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen, graduating in the top 1.5% of their class.
